Output changes

Compression, resizing, format conversion, rasterization, watermarking and metadata removal can change file characteristics. “Visually lossless” is not mathematical losslessness.

PDF compression limitation

The Compress PDF workflow rasterizes pages. Searchable text, hyperlinks, forms, accessibility structure, vector content, annotations and digital signatures may not be preserved. Use PDF Studio when you need structural PDF edits.

Browser compatibility

HEIC handling, AVIF export, very large PDFs and some advanced image encoders depend on the user's browser and available memory. Results can vary by device.

Availability

The toolkit is provided on an “as available” basis in this package. Test all supported workflows and define production file limits before offering the service publicly.
